I have used Masters in the past. Recently, I needed them to rid me of a LARGE wasp nest in a tree off my patio. I called, and a technician arrived within two hours. He quickly destroyed the nest, and charged me much less than I had expected. The folks at Masters are always courteous, prompt and professional.
